I'm deeply passionate about cross cultural creator inclusion in the creator economy.

At Meta, I launch We The Culture The Network, a creator community program designed to ensure diverse creators are better equipped with the education, resources, and industry connections to grow their platforms and monetize their influence while also working to promote more inclusive, equitable partnerships across the company’s brand initiatives.

At TikTok, I’ve continued that mission through the creation of TikTok Shop Tastemakers, a curated program that elevates diverse creators in the social commerce space by giving them early access to brand partnerships, educational tools, and revenue-generating opportunities.
